At Luxxbox, sustainability is key to our process. We believe in designing functional and environmentally responsible products that minimize our impact on the planet, from concept to completion.
Recycled PET
We believe in giving materials a second life. That’s why we prioritize using recycled materials in our products, such as recycled PET, which is made from post-consumer plastic. This helps to reduce waste, conserve resources, and minimize carbon footprint.
Our PET is made from 100% polyester fiber, comprised of 99% recycled content certified to the Global Recycled Standard 4.0. It is also 100% recyclable, ensuring it can be used to create new products at the end of its lifecycle. It is GreenRate Level A GreenTag certified and meets E1 (GB) Environmental Protection Grade, ensuring it is non-toxic, non-allergenic, and non-irritant.
Biodegradable Wool
Our wool felt is naturally sustainable, crafted from rapidly renewable wool. This pure wool is certified to the EU Ecolabel and Indoor Advantage™ Gold, ensuring it meets stringent environmental and health standards. It is also completely compostable, returning to the earth naturally at the end of its life. It is dyed with non-metallic dyestuffs and has a Natural fabric composition per its Environmental Product Declaration.
Responsible Manufacturing
We are dedicated to responsible manufacturing practices that minimize our environmental impact. We constantly seek ways to reduce waste, conserve energy, and utilize eco-friendly processes throughout our production. Our efforts include efficient use of materials, reducing metal components, adopting flat-pack shipping, and designing long-lasting, durable products.
Currently, we are developing new methods to reprocess and reuse PET materials internally while also working to minimize post-industrial waste by integrating it into our products.

Our products are designed for longevity, minimizing the need for replacements and reducing waste.
